AQ-10 Style Autism Spectrum Traits Test

A 10-item AQ-style self-reflection screen for social communication, attention switching, detail focus, sensory patterns, and imagination style.

๐Ÿ“ 10 questions โฑ ~2 min

Background

AQ-style tests explore autism-spectrum-related traits such as social ๆฒŸ้€š differences, attention switching, detail focus, literal ่ดŸๅ‘่งฃ่ฏป, routine preference, and sensory or ๆƒ…็ปชๆƒณ่ฑก style.

Purpose of This Test

This 10-item screen is a short neurodiversity self-reflection tool. It cannot diagnose autism, but it can help you notice whether further reading, accommodations, or professional assessment may be useful.

Five AQ-Style Areas

The result describes traits, not ability or personal value

01Social Reading

Reading groups, ่กจ่พพๅ›ฐ้šพs, tone, and social context.

02Attention Switching

Moving between topics, plans, and activities.

03Detail Focus

Patterns, systems, details, and niche interests.

04Communication

Literal language, directness, and small talk effort.

05Imagination Style

Comfort with pretend play, metaphor, and open-ended inference.

How This Test Works

You will answer 10 statements, one per page. Each item is scored from 0 to 4, so the total range is 0-40. Higher scores suggest stronger self-reported spectrum-related traits.
